The HIV/AIDS Education, Prevention and Planning Project provides HIV/AIDS education and prevention outreach to groups and individuals in the community to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS. The Lake County HIV Prevention Community Planning Group Coordinates and plans the HIV/AIDS education and prevention efforts in the county and is open to all Lake County residents.

Walk-in testing is now available.
