A statewide non-profit Native American social services corporation designed to advance the economic, educational, cultural and social status of all Native Americans living in California. ITCC provides direct services through the following programs:

Family Violence Prevention  & Services Program
Crisis Intervention and Peer Counselling
Legal Advocacy
Case Management
Emergency Services
Prevention Services
Coordination with other service providers

All of the above mentioned programs are federally funded. In addition, ITCC serves as the trustee of the Nils E. Hasselberg Indian Scholarship, which will assist eligibile Indian residents seeking higher education in California.

All applicants must meet eligibility criteria to receive services.
