Meadowood Nursing Center is designed to provide long-term Nursing Care and short-term Rehabilitative Convalescent Care. Services provided are: 24-hour Skilled Nursing care, Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapies, Podiatry Care, complete Activities Program, Beauty and Barber Shop, Religious Services for all faiths and Special Diets.
