Sutter Lakeside Home Medical Services (SLHMS) provides, in the patients home: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Home Health Aid Services , Speech Therapy and Medical Social Worker. These services are provided with your doctor's orders.
