Requirements: 1) Must live in a home with telephone service, 2) Must be certified as having permanent or temporary disability that makes it difficult for you to use the phone.

Big Button Telephone or a large number overlay for a standard phone
Speakerphones, hands-free phones, speed calling service Assistance for customers in need of obtaining TDD units.

California Relay Service to call person w/TTY or to call from TTY. (Dial 1-800-735-2929) Non-Pacific Bell Customers can call 1-800-821-2585 (GTE) or 1-800-924-9599 (other) for these services.
