Internet Broadband Survey

Are you frustrated by your internet?

Do something about it!

Take the CPUC survey.

Expanding broadband services in rural areas is difficult. Help the CPUC collect information to create an accurate map of broadband coverage. This improved accurary will help get grant funds to areas of greatest need.
There are three ways to take the survey:
  1. Mail in a paper survey. Pick up a copy of the survey at your local library and simply complete, sign and mail.
  2. Take the online survey. Go to www.broadbandmap.ca.gov/map/ and select the house icon on the top right. Enter your address and press Send Feedback to access the survey.
  3. Download the Speed Test app. Android: Download the CalSPEED app form the play store. iPhone: Download the FCC Speed Test from the app store.

Thank you for taking action!
