The October 2011 Draft Housing Element is now available for download.

In Lake County the 2008 CALIFORNIA ENERGY CODE is now effective.  Any construction permit application submitted after January 1, 2010 will be reviewed under the new Energy Code.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PLANNERS ARE AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS FROM 12:00 pm TO 5:00 pm.

New Building Codes became effective January 2011 - All designers and contractors should be aware of the changes before submitting design plans.  Go to Building Informational Documents for more information.
