Cross-Connection Rules and Regulations

On May 9, 1985, the Lake County Board of Supervisors adopted Article VI to Chapter 9 of the Lake County Code establishing a cross-connection control program for all district customers. The interested reader is directed to Ordinance No. 1462, to view that Article.

In addition, Appendix D specifically includes a cross-connection program for Kelseyville County Waterworks District No. 3 customers as well. The interested reader is directed to Appendix D, to view that Article.
