Northwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant

Lyons Creek Wetlands
- Twenty-two acres containing four wetland cells and interpretive facilities.

- Approx. 24.75 miles of 16-inch diameter pipe from the NW Regional Treatment Plant to the SE Regional Treatment Plant.
Clearlake Oaks Wastewater Treatment Plant & Pump Station

- Three 250 hp. vertical turbine pumps.
- Electrical building.

Clear Lake Water Intake
- Lake intake screen and suction line.

- Four 125 hp submersible turbine pumps

Clear Lake Water Intake Pipeline

B-Street Pump Station
- Two (2) 600 hp vertical turbine pumps
- Rated Capacity: 7400 gpm
- Total dynamic head: 253 ft.
Phase 1 Main Pipeline
- Approx. 20 miles of 20-inch diameter ductile iron and welded.
- 250,000 gallon steel flow control reservoir at Harris Creek.
Middletown Wastewater Treatment Plant
- One 30 hp vertical turbine pump.
- Normal flow: 100 gpm.
Bear Canyon Pipeline and Pump Stations
- Approx. 5 miles of 20-inch diameter welded steel pipe.
- Approx. 1 mile of 16-inch welded steel pipe.
- 3 pump stations, each including:
- - Four 450 hp end suction centrifugal pumps.
- - Suction and discharge surge tanks.
- - Normal flow: 5,400 gpm.
- - Total Dynamic head: 675 ft.
- - Energy requirement: 990 kW
Injection Wells and Power Plants
- NCPA: up to four wells (2,000 gpm each) serving Power Plants 1 and 2.
- Calpine: up to nine wells (2,000 gpm each) serving Power Plants 13, 16, 18, and 20.
