EOPS and ROPS

 ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (EOPS)


A redevelopment agency must adopt an Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) that lists all obligations that are enforceable, including bonds, loans, legally required payments, judgments or settlements, and contractual agreements.  On January 24, 2012, the following Amended EOPS was approved:

RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS)


By April 15, 2012, a successor agency must submit an adopted Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) through June 30, 2012.  On March 5, 2012, the Oversight Board adopted the following ROPS:

ROPS 1-1-12 to 6-30-12
ROPS 7-1-12 to 12-31-12

On Auguat 13, 2012, the Oversight Board amended the current ROPS (July through December 2012) and adopted the January through December 2013 ROPS, which is due by September 1, 2012, as follows:

Amended ROPS 7-1-12 to 12-31-12
ROPS 1-1-13 to 6-30-13

By March 1, 2013, a successor agency must submit an adopted Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) through December 31, 2013.  On February 26, 2013, the Oversight Board adopted the following ROPS:

ROPS 13-14A 7-1-13 to 12-31-13

By October 1, 2013, a successor agency must submit an adopted Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) through June 30, 2014.  On September 19, 2013, the Oversight Board adopted the following ROPS:

ROPS 13-14B 1-1-14 to 6-30-14

By March 1, 2014, a successor agency must submit an adopted Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) through December 31, 2014.  On February 18, 2014, the Oversight Board adopted the following ROPS:

ROPS 14-15A 7-1-14 to 12-31-14
