Formation of Northshore Project Area EIR

The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is really two documents plus maps. The Draft EIR contains the primary research documentation including: an executive summary, introduction, project description, environmental setting - impacts and mitigation, alternatives and consequences. The final EIR consists of comments of agencies, responses to the comments and the Mitigation Monitoring plan.

To make downloading easier, we have broken these large documents into smaller components and listed appendicies and figures separately. Click on the links below to view the various components of the EIR.
