Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 9 West, Mount Diablo Meridian, said corner also being the Northwest corner of Clear Lake Beach, Unit 2 of Subdivision No. 8, filed in the Office on the County Recorder of said Lake County on August 17, 1927, in Book 5 of Town Maps at Pages 38 through 40, and running thence:

 

1. South 89º 07’ East, along the northerly line of the South Half of said Section 25, being the northerly boundary of said Clear Lake Beach Unit 2 of Subdivision No. 8, and the northerly boundary of Clear Lake Beach Unit 1 of Subdivision No. 8, filled in the Office of the County Recorder of said Lake County on June 2, 1927, in Book 5 of Town Maps at Pages 26 through 30, a distance of 4000.10 feet to the Northeast corner of said Clear Lake Beach Unit 1 of Subdivision No. 8; thence leaving said Northerly line,
