On February 1, 2012, the Lake County Redevelopment Agency was eliminated by the State of California's Assembly Bill No. 26. Please see information in the Successor Agency tab at the top left portion of this page for current information regarding Successor Agency and Oversight Board documents and information. At this time former Agency documents and information will remain on this website while the agency winds down.
The Lake County Redevelopment Agency was formed in November of 1999 with the Board of Supervisors serving as the Agency's Board of Directors. The Northshore Redevelopment Project Area Plan was adopted in 2001. The Northshore Project Area consisted of the communities of Upper Lake, Nice, Lucerne, Glenhaven and Clearlake Oaks as shown in the map below.
Many of the documents and maps prepared as part of the plan adoption process are available on this web page. There is also a list of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the former project area and answers to those questions. If you have additional questions about the successor agency or oversight board, please contact Eric Seely at (707) 263-2580.
