Beginning September 6, 2012, Lake County Library card holders can check out electronic books from Overdrive. Patrons can download e-books to Kindles, Nooks, iPads and other electronic readers.
Overdrive's catalog contains more than 1,000 titles.
Patron's may have five books checked out and may request a maximum of five titles. When the book's due date arrives, the book will disappear from the e-reader.
Overdrive has online tutorials and a help desk to assist patrons.
