Free Energy Assessments, Education, and Weatherization

A.B.S. (Applied Building Science) contracts locally as an Energy Savings Assistance Partner Contractor with Richard Heath and Associates (RHA) to provide numerous energy efficiency programs for income-qualified residential customers.

  • Free energy education to help you understand how you use energy and simple ways to use less.
  • Free weatherization to make your house, apartment, or mobile home energy efficient and comfortable.
