Description:
The County of Lake – Department of Mental Health and AOD Services desires to contract with a qualified project manager or organization to facilitate the PEER Informed Access, innovation project funded by the MHSA. The project is intended to increase access to services including to un-served and underserved populations in Lake County, increase acceptance across cultural and ethnic groups, and decrease barriers to accessing services.
