Description:
The County of Lake requests proposals for an Operational Area Interoperability Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning Guide for the existing Communications infrastructure of Lake County.
1. Develop a comprehensive Interoperable Communications Needs Assessment and Strategic Plan encompassing Lake County. Include municipal and tribal entities within Lake County. This plan should cover a span of 5 years based upon the needs assessment and gap analysis. The plan will include high level solutions/recommendations and a phased approach to implementation.
2. Provide cost analysis of said 5-year strategic plan with funding recommendations.
3. Provide for a formal presentation to local government leaders of Lake County.
