Lake County Department of Social Services, hereinafter referred to as "LCDSS", is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide Differential Response (DR) services to Indian families in Lake County.
From the proposals submitted, LCDSS intends to contract out for Differential Response services for the period of May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012.
DR funds are to be blended with existing programs and services to maximize prevention services to families referred to the DR program. Proposers may link with other agencies through cost-sharing agreements, non-financial agreements, in-kind services, etc.
